Ergonomic Exercise Against Elderly Functional Capabilities

This study aims to analyze the effect of ergonomic exercise on increasing functional ability elderly in posyandu who have decreased help. The design this used a quasi-experimental method with pre-test and post-test techniques without comparison (control) group. results showed that there was an increase value p-value = 0.000 <0.05. In conclusion, therapy has helping capacity elderly.
